The Pennsylvania Insurance Alliance (PIA) was founded in 1997 with one goal in mind - helping our members achieve successful and sustainable growth and development. Our focus is on the independent insurance agents of southeastern Pennsylvania - in Lehigh, Northampton, Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and Philadelphia counties.
We provide increased access to insurance carriers and programs that would not be available to agents. This increases our members' competitive edge over other agencies, big and small, in both personal and commercial markets. Our structure also enables our members to earn the best commissions, excess compensations, and profit sharing in the marketplace.
As a Master Agency of SIAA, the largest partnering independent insurance agency alliance in the nation, we uphold their mission to be a total solution for independent agents. This goes beyond access to companies and higher commission rates. We also provide a range of agency development and marketing support systems plus education opportunities. Our members retain their independence while utilizing our offered opportunities to increase their value.

Founded in 1995, SIAA: The Agent Alliance has grown to over 7,000 signed Independent Insurance Agency Members. It is not a franchise, a cluster, or an aggregator. SIAA members retain their independence and work with their own Master Agency to increase their value.
SIAA is dedicated to the creation, retention, and growth of the Independent Insurance Agency distribution system. SIAA provides larger regional agencies with a proven turnkey program to allow the creation and development of a valuable network of local independent agencies. SIAA literally stands for Support, Inspire, Adapt, Achieve and that is what SIAA wants to encourage and share with members.
SIAA utilizes its collective strength through traditional and alternative market channels for the purpose of providing insurance consumers competitive choices in addition to providing significant profit and equity appreciation opportunities for SIAA Member Agencies.
