Susan DeGiovanni

Susan DeGiovanni

Susan DeGiovanni found PIA as a company rep and was very impressed by the value PIA brought to their member agencies. In 2015, she joined the team as the recruiter and agency development specialist. She is passionate about helping members develop their business and reach their potential from a spectrum of starting points.

Susan is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, spent 8 years as a KC-135 pilot, and retired from the Air Force Reserves in 2009. She pivoted to a career in sales and marketing after raising two daughters who are now blissfully on their own! When she is not working, you can find her out hiking or biking on the Delaware Canal tow-path with her husband.

Anita Rice

Anita Rice

Anita Rice is the Accounting & Administration Manager. She has been affiliated with PIA for over 10 years. She is happy to help members with SIAA Reports and Payment questions as well as monthly Access Plus Commission and Company PMSF (Bonus) contingency payments. She is also in charge of member contract compliance items and user logins/password resets.

Anita loves to be outdoors trail running or paddle boarding. In the winter months, her passion is teaching snowboarding. She and her husband Jim are happy to have their son back in the area and love nothing more than spoiling their only granddaughter.

Angela Cousins

Angela Cousins

Angela Cousins joined the PIA team in 2018 as the Administrative Assistant. She is also a licensed agent with a background in personal lines. She graduated from Cedar Crest College and began her insurance career with the Hartford AARP program in 2011. At PIA, she wears many hats from information hub to administrator of the PIA Training and Learning Center and things in between. Chances are, if you are not sure who to contact about an issue, she will be able to help or direct you.

Angie can often be found with a book or enjoying a good action movie with friends and family. Depending on the time of year, she also spends time leading local ghost tours or baking ridiculous amounts of cookies.

Kathy Christman

Kathy Christman

Prior to joining PIA in 2016, Kathy was a former SIAA member agent / agency. Kathy developed a successful and profitable business from scratch over a period of several years. Cynthia Hoefling

Cynthia Hoefling

Cindy Hoefling joined our Access Plus Commercial Lines team in January 2019 as an account placement specialist. One of her favorite parts of her position is the diverse range of submissions that come across her desk, and the challenge of finding the right market for the risk.

Cindy comes to our Access Plus Commercial Lines team with a background in commercial lines claims service. She has been working in the insurance industry since 1993. The bulk of her knowledge and experience is drawn from her 18 years of service as the claims manager for a national commercial lines brokerage which specialized in a niche market for franchised truck dealerships. She currently holds a Small Business Coverage Specialist (SBCS) designation from The National Underwriter as well as a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation from The National Alliance.

In her down time, Cindy loves spending time at home with her husband and their spoiled cats. She loves cooking, sewing and crafting, riding her motorcycle, and going tent camping. Her greatest joy is any time spent with her family and four grandchildren.

Holly Reynolds

Holly Reynolds

Holly Reynolds joined the PIA team in March of 2013 as a Personal Lines Placement Specialist and now serves as the Personal Insurance Supervisor for the department. She is a Shippensburg graduate (Go Red Raiders) with a Bachelors in Communications. Her early career history began in the education field before quickly finding her place in the insurance industry taking on a personal lines role at The Hartford in 2010. Mike Rosen

Mike Rosen

Mike obtained his P&C license 18 years ago with The Hartford where he worked for 8 years and was licensed in all 50 states.  He then moved to Fireman's Fund in Bethlehem, handling higher net worth customers. While there, he witnessed first-hand the company being purchased by ACE and then be incorporated with Chubb.  At one point, he was working on 2 different computers and essentially 3 different platforms simultaneously!

After working in corporate for 11+ years, he wanted to explore the independent agent space and spent 5+ years as a producer in a local agency. Now, though, he has joined the PIA team as our newest Personal Lines Placement Specialist. He is directly involved in quoting and binding business for our member agents. He looks forward to leveraging his knowledge & experience to assist members as they work to build their own successful businesses.

After 5 o'clock, you can expect Mike to be spending time with his wife and daughter. They enjoy spending time outside, going for walks, and attending one of the many sporting events in the area. Lifelong Philadelphia sports fan - Go, Birds!
